I drew this during my stay at my grandparents' farm; my family and I stayed there after the LAJ performances each night.

Beeelieve it or not, this was drawn based on a lamp and a few wrinkles in my pillow. It was one in the morning, and I just stared at the wrinkles in the pillow for so long that they started to look like chariots- eventually wagons.

So, you could say this was based on real life, but not quite realistic-real-life. More like images in my head that were helped along by shadows from the lamp.

And, y'know, it was quite possibly the most fun I've had drawing for a while. I was exhausted from the past day, so all I wanted was to explore my imagination freely, without having to worry about the finished job of the picture. A loose idea with an even looser reference, and it just stuck with me the whole way. Hopefully the end result isn't too terrible. XD
